Something I enjoyed was looking at mars

    because it looked bright.

Something I found interesting was their toileting

    because it sounds weird.

The most exciting thing about space is zero G’s

    because I could break world records of the biggest back flips

I would like to learn more about planets.

“How do stars in the universe have an impact impact on us?”

I want the rest of my inquiry topic to be about: The life span and heat of stars.

My birthday

Today it is my birthday. I got a new go kart, a 32 inch flat screen tv, a scratch pad for drawing and lots and lots and lots of lollies. Here is a photo of my go kart. I am changing the number to probably number 10. Over the weekend I have been also feeling sick, I have been eating too many lollies.


In class we had cake also. Mum made and  brought in a Minecraft cake it was yum. We had chocolate cake, vanilla cake and lollie cake. I only  ate vanilla cake

Using E books

Today we created adobe acounts. It has a libary and we are able to get books out online. We can reserve books without even getting out of our seats! It is the future! Room 10 and room 6 are first to sample the website.  I can't wait till we get more books!

BROKEN

I am jogging up the street when suddenly my phone slips out of my hand and pulls my headphones out of my ears with it. My phones upside down and I am sad and angry to find out the state. It’s smashed like a plane plunging down into the concrete. It was not a nice sight for my eyes. Seeing it replay over and over in my head in slow motion. People saying to me oooowwww! Why can’t they keep their mouths shut? Rocketing to the ground without a parachute the pink case wizzing through my vision hearing the wind. Why did this happen to me? My phone costs over a thousand dollars. Oh man my parents will kill me for this, Wait is that my parents car in the distance...

Bivvy design

Survivor camp 2014 is coming. We will be at the Roil's house. It sounds real fun and I can't wait. Anyway we have designed bivvies They are going to have to last over night.

Buddy Assessment (Buddy: Jared)

Paddle Hold (right angles, right way, consistency)

I think I had good consistency with my paddle holding because I have done it before with my dad. Jared (my assessor) gave me a double tick for my balance since in Jareds words “Ben had all his angels right”

Overall Safety

My personal opinion I would be a double tick for being safe. To be safe, you have to have great strength to hold the paddle and have great balance. Jared thinks I should get a double tick on that one

Speed

My Speed was definitely fast since I won the race. Elijah was pushing me so hard making me wanna push harder to win. I did win. Jareds words again are, “Tremendous speed I think Ben deserves a double tick” Well there you go I am doing really good so far.

Enjoyment

I am happy as ever I definitely got a double tick for this and so does Jared I think.

Reflection

Something I enjoyed learning was the water safety

I can taste fresh air lurking

5 Senses writing

I can taste the fresh air lurking. I can hear birds chirping to their families. I can see horses with their silky brown furry mains. I can touch the electric fence  and get a shock. I can smell Horse poo whiffling through the air. Blue sky overgrown tree top canopies  over a house across from school Te Mata the sleeping giant laying there dead. I hear a plane swooping over my head. Smokey grey sky not rain clouds, something you don't see everyday. I can feel the sun beating down on my neck making me get burnt. I see nature roaming the earth. The horse is running up and  down like a lunatic getting chased with a hammer. I can see cliffs off the side of Te Mata peak.

I see and feel Pollen in the air. I see cars driving on Howard street, Spider webs spun on the long wet brown grass. Silence around the environment.
